London & Wharfedale specialises in carrying out challenging development and regeneration projects and producing schemes in which all parties can be justifiably proud. Passionate about property and development, the Company is committed to quality and excellence and the realisation of ambitions and vision.
Thinking and operating out of the box is a byword at London & Wharfedale. The unconventional is the norm whether it is hands-on asset value recovery and realisation, BREEAM excellent offices or specialist mixed-use regeneration.
L&W is delighted to have formed a significant joint venture with Sir Robert McAlpine and formed Red Kite securities specifically to bring forward this major initiative.
SRM brings a world-class reputation, undoubted financial backing, and an extremely impressive track record in construction as already demonstrated on site.
London & Wharfedale is committed to:
- Listening to and understanding its partners’ needs and aspirations
- Finding innovative solutions
- Focusing on the real issues
- Only ever promising what can be delivered
- Maximising opportunities in terms of quality and value
- Creating sustainable and environmentally viable development
- Bring commitment and passion to every aspect of every transaction

This is the ambition and promise of London & Wharfedale
The Company’s Red Kite logo was selected as a symbol of success, progress and regeneration.
This magnificent bird is unmistakable with its reddish-brown body, angled wings and deeply forked tail. It was saved from national extinction by one of the world’s longest running protection programmes, and has now been successfully
re-introduced to England and Scotland. It is an Amber List species because of its historical decline.
The Red Kite can now be seen in many parts of the U.K. including soaring alongside the M40 as the motorway passes through the Chilterns and circling along the River Wharfe as it spreads out from Harewood House, Yorkshire.
